What NO ONE Prepares You For on the Wealth Building Journey

Angie Carlson |

Couples, there’s a hidden truth that no financial guru prepares you for on the journey to building wealth.

The financial industry IGNORES it because it’s not part of your budget, quarterly statement, or return on investment calculation.

That’s why, as your wealth increases, one (or both) of you might start feeling these things without understanding the cause.

  • Isolation or trust issues
  • Pressure to keep increasing wealth or fear or losing it all
  • Stereotyped (i.e. seen as greedy, selfish, or out of touch)
  • Decisions being questioned (by yourself or others)

That makes sense.

Because when you two started on the financial journey, you had some amazing goals.

  • Pay off debt
  • Save
  • Take that amazing vacation
  • Retire without running out of money

Goals that, if we’re being 100% honest, one (or both) of you thought you would EVER reach early in your relationship

So when you two finish checking all the boxes… you are in shock.

Asking yourselves, now what?

And panicking, because now you two ARE the people you said you always wanted to become.

That IDENTITY SHIFT (going from who you were to who you are now) is what no financial guru tells you about at the start.

Which makes sense, because you don’t start to experience the feelings UNTIL you start checking the boxes.

Seeing some financial successes.

And I know that they struggle with the identity shift because these are the questions my 7-figure net-worth clients have:

  • I want to do x, my spouse wants to do y, who’s right?
  • Why do we sleep less, fight more, (fill in your challenge here) now than when we was broke?
  • Why do we feel like we did all this financial work for nothing?

Questions like these reveal that they lack CLARITY for their next steps.

Because these decisions are more PERSONAL than FINANCIAL.

Not knowing their next personal steps makes it near impossible to plan the financial ones.

That’s why you need a coach in your corner (hi!) that can help you with all of this.

I created the Agree & Achieve Method to close this gap in the financial sector.

1. Get Clear on Your Desires (aka where you two are currently stuck)

2. Discuss & Overcome Challenges

3. Focus on Priorities

4. Make Your Personalized Plan

5. Navigate the Unexpected

6.Protect Your Finances

This is how you become that power couple who loves their bank balance AND their life.

Looking to feel this way?  I want to invite you to a no-cost Financial Alignment call.

Before the call ends, you’ll understand why you’ve been stuck financially and have initial steps to a plan for the life you will love while maintaining financial stability.
